"Nice location & well-equipped"

Nice location in a quiet area, only 10 min walk from Riva old town with many restaurants and cafes, easy to cycle everywhere as well. Free private parking in front of the house was a big plus. Wifi works well. The apartment is spacious and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. The host always responded quickly.

Just a small detail - it would be nice to provide a couple more basics to make the stay smoother for guests - like shower gel, paper towels in the kitchen, more than one (not full) roll of toilet paper.

"It was a lovely apartment with everything you needed. Perfecto!"

To have parking on site was very convenient. The use of a washing machine was helpful. The apartment and furnishings were modern and well thought of. The air conditioning was a god send in August. My daughter loved having a proper bed as opposed to a pull out version.

The 60 steps up! 🥵. Due to the fact there is a washing machine it would have been useful to have a clothes dryer to hang the wet clothes on.
