Close to the main piazza. Friendly and helpful welcome from owner who lives on the premises. Good restaurants in the town centre just 5 minutes walk away, Street parking wasn't a problem. Nice walk out to the tower. Flamingos.

The room was more expensive from others we have stayed in. Perhaps OK if you value the proximity of the piazza and the lagoon. The room itself was no better than OK. We had to park and then walk to find the property.
