19 Piso céntrico, nuevo y bien equipado en La Trinidad

El apartamento es muy céntrico y además es muy luminoso. Los electrodomésticos funcionan bien y no echamos nada de menos. Estaba limpio cuando llegamos y el tamaño es perfecto para dos personas. El anfitrión nos trató muy bien y siempre estuvo muy atento a nuestros mensajes. Además le pedimos un segundo juego de llaves y en pocas horas nos las hizo llegar.

No tenemos quejas, la verdad. Nos alojamos allí un mes y todo estuvo muy bien. Algunas noches hubo ruido en la calle pero las ventanas son buenas y con ellas cerradas pudimos dormir perfectamente.

The killer feature here is the location. You can't get any more 'downtown': open the door and you're within walking distance of everything. Once we got a local SIM communication with the host via Whatsapp was easy and responsive. The apartment itself has all the basic comforts and was clean. The kitchen was well appointed and they left a bottle of wine on the table as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. The building is modern and secure. Overall I found it good value for money and wouldn't mind staying here again.

The only major negative for us was that the bed was hard. Like put a towel on the floor and lay on it hard. Preferred sleeping on the sofa. There's a low level crap smell coming from the bathroom which we figured out was the high mineral content of the water. Nothing you can do about this and you do get used to it after a while. The apartment itself is also pretty small. Barely enough for a couple. Being so centrally located has a downside in that there are people partying all night (which you can't blame the airbnb for). Shutting the window helps a lot but if it's a hot night out you might have to make a choice between breeze or noise.

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro y junto a la parada del tranvía. Además, estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio. Y a pesar de estar junto a la avenida Trinidad, muy ruidosa por la gente y el tranvía, con las ventanas cerradas no había nada de ruido.

La mampara de la ducha iba muy dura. Casi todas las luces tenían luz con temperatura de color fría. El sofá es algo corto, poco profundo.

Apartment in an excellent location just steps from the tram terminus and less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Many restaurants and supermarkets close by. On a high floor so street noise is reduced. The property is clean and well maintained and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The mattress was on the firmer side, but that is my preference anyway. Good lighting and WiFi. The host was very responsive and considerate.

There are often people standing around the building entrance, I think many are doing deliveries for McDonald's. This was a little weird but they do not bother you. There is sometimes noise at night, such as when the trucks come for the garbage. The area around the garbage bins outside the building entrance can get messy. Also, as others have noted, the bathroom has kind of a bad odor. There is no heating available when the weather is cold, but I think this is common in Tenerife.

Desde el minuto 0 ,en la entrada,ya sabía que no me había equivocado en la elección. El apartamento es precioso, limpio y cuidado...la responsable es una persona de;10 ..super atenta y amable. Sin duda es un lugar de referencia para mí...cada vez que vuelva por aquí Gracias

Ubicación buena, alojamiento confortable.

Sofá un poco desvencijado y algo incómodo.

El piso está bastante nuevo, es muy agradable y cuenta con lo necesario para una buena estancia. Está muy cerca de la zona peatonal y justo al lado del tranvía y del intercambiador. Además de puede aparcar cerca y con facilidad. Y destacar la profesionalidad de quien gestiona el alquiler, es una gran profesional siempre atenta y dispuesta.

Debajo de la vivienda hay un 24 horas, por lo que los días festivos hay ruido abajo de quien festeja o se pelea. El lavavajillas se vuelca al abrir. La limpieza no era adecuada, al comunicarlo hicieron por solucionarlo. Pero un piso tan nuevo es una verdadera pena que no se mantenga.

Posizione centrale, a due passi dal centro storico. Appartamento pulito e silenzioso anche dando su strada. Ben fornito e con tutti i comfort per qualche giorno nella cittadina. Consigliato

Un po’ di male odore proveniente dal bagno causa fognature, ma facendolo arieggiare passava in fretta.
