Pisa City Home

Great stay at this apt. The owner Stefano went above & beyond to make our stay a great one. We arrived early, exhausted, the cleaning lady was still at the apt., but Stefano let us check our luggage and took us next door to “Safe Stay” a hostel that works as a restaurant as well. It was a really nice hostel with a very great atmosphere. He bought us a drink and gave us lots of info about places to eat, but we liked the “hostel restaurant” so much that we ended up having at least two meals in there as it was right across the street. Super convenient! The apt. is only a 8 mins walk to the train station and it has very good air conditioner, a small kitchen, breakfast items, a coffee maker and even a washing machine. Stefano also left a basket of fruit for us to enjoy, biscotti, a dessert wine to dip the biscotti in, water, coffee, milk and tea. Also, there’s a Carrefour supermarket around the corner. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thanks so much Stefano. Arrivederci!

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until gone 11 but Stefano was there to welcome us and show us the facilities. He had provided some basic foodstuffs to get us started and a few treats as well. The kitchen had everything we wanted and more, even a washing machine. The air conditioning was very welcome and the bedroom and bathroom The location about was about a 10 minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes to Piazza Garibaldi and the tourist area on the far side of the river. There were a couple of delis and a Carrefour Express within a few minutes walk.

Nothing, it was pefect

Firstly the location an easy 10 minute walk from the station. Stefano the host met us promptly at the apartment. He is a gentleman who carried up our bags. WOW he had waiting for us a beautiful bowl of fruit, biscuits and wine. It was like being at home the fridge and pantry had a lot of supplies that made it easy to make our own meals. Stefano thought of everything to make sure you had everything you would need. If I did this trip again, I would stay for six days instead of three. Drop a day in Milan, Venice and Florence which are over rated and very very crowded. Spend the extra days in the towns around Pisa we visited Lucca for one day one of Stefano’s suggestions and it was such a good day. Thank you Stefano this is the best place we have ever stayed and where we have been so looked after. Our best wishes to you.

The property is great, well equipped with everything you need. The host Stefano was very accommodating and goes out of his way to make your stay pleasant. Had a great experience.

Good location, great host! 20 min walk to the airport, 30 min to the leaning tower, and 10 minutes to the train station!
