Emplacement très bien. Personnel sympathique. Déjeuner délicieux. Toit terrasse très agréable.

Notre plus grosse déception ont été les femmes de ménage, elles faisait énormément de bruit dès 7h du matin (bruit non nécessaire) et surtout elle nous on presque insulté lors de notre départ en pensant qu’on ne comprenait pas le Coréen, c’est vraiment irrespectueux. Le reste du personnel était adorable. Sinon pour l’hôtel en lui même, la télé s’allumait toute seule la nuit. Le panneau des lumières faisait beaucoup de lumière la nuit. Et il faisait très chaud, pour dormir. Ce sont des petites amélioration possibles.

Staff was very helpful, beyond regular duties and above expectations. Ordering a taxi, helping with guidance and advice, finding a stamp to send a postcard (we send one to ourselves from every place where we travel to), sharing all useful information. I was impressed. Breakfast is also a very good idea. Not to say there are no options nearby, but when the weather is rainy, and you do not want to browse the neighborhood searching for your best option, breakfast on the top floor seems like a good option. Also, we did not plan much time to spend in Gyeongju, having allocated only a 1.5 day on our way from Seoul to Busan. Therefore, time was of extra value to see as much as possible of the surrounding cultural heritage sites, and not to waste it on finding a place for breakfast. Hotel breakfast was basic, no fancy choice, but good enough to spend half a day outdoor exploring the sites. Storage for luggage was also very helpful.

Can not think of anything specific. The hotel was very much matching our expectations.

Il y avait encore le plastique tu matelas, bizarre. Ainsi que des tâches sur les draps. Uniquement des petites serviettes dans la salle de bains, si vous voulez des grandes, demander à la réception, on vous le fournira sans problèmes.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and not too far away from both the attractions and the bus stop leading back to the railway station. They also provided us with some delicious restaurant recommendations! We were also allowed to check in earlier than expected which is of course always nice.

Habitación muy calurosa; que la ducha no tuviera receptáculo y que nadie hablara inglés en la recepción
