The beds were too small but that couldn't be helped

Absolutely loved the caravan and its location

Nothing - it was fantastic

it was as it said on the tin. Warm, everything you needed - great for a couple of days stay. Would use again if down that part if the country again.

The crockery needed a wash. There was some kind of fat or oil on the kitchen floor near the cooker that we sorted. If the owners are using any kind of cleaning company to clean on their behalf they need to seriously question what they do for the money they are paid as the service would not hold up to any scrutiny.

The location and size of the caravan

After mentioning before about bits of glass on the floor, there was still bits of glass on the floor, my granddaughter cut her knee on it, and my other granddaughter who is 2 found a pill in the cupboard she could of eaten it, my daughter was so upset she went home on the Saturday morning, was not a nice experience this time.

Was decorated for Christmas lovely and homely

Beds were very comfy. Extra blankets provided. Liked they left instructions and information how to use everything. Toilet roll provided. Shower gel if needed, didn't use but was nice they provided. Homely, liked to the deco. Loved the extra games. Nice touches throughout

Heating not very sufficient, blow heaters in bedroom wasn't warm and a little noisy, especially bedroom near boiler. Middle part of fire not working. No washing up liquid, don't like to leave a mess behind only washed with water. Funny smell when caravan did warm up with extra heaters. Could do with a deep clean not just a wipe down, like corners and doors.
