2 beds which is suitable for a family

The room was old and smelly, so we didn't really feel comfortable there. Also, the aircon units were noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. Quality doesn't match the price.

The heating system was good, and the bed was soft.

The staff forgot to tell us our room #. We arrived at 10:30 pm, and they wouldn't reply our messages or phone call. I thought we would spend the night out in the snow. I decided to knock and check room by room and we found an empty clean room so we just took it. Terrible and stressful experience!
