Villa Mariva Makarska - Apartment 21

Az apartman egy újépítésű társasház, ami kinézetre modern, de rengeteg hiányossága van: - nincs a vendégeknek fenntartott parkolóhely - nincsenek lepedők - az internet folyton elment és ha meg akartunk nézni egy filmet, folyton leállt vagy nézhetetlenre csökkent a minőség - az amerikai nappaliban az egyik ablakon nincs se redőny, se függöny, így nappal és főleg esténként is simán átláttak a szomszédok vagy beláttak az arra sétálók, illetve a kanapén alvót is mindig felkeltette a reggeli napfény... - 11 napra érkeztünk 5 fővel, erre a tulaj 6 darab wc papírt tett ki... azóta is várjuk a Viberen ígért plusz tekercseket és a hamutálat... - utolsó két nap esett az eső, a nappali légkondijából csöpögött az ágyra a víz... - ezen kívül az egyik fürdőszoba tiszta por volt, a másikban a zuhanykabin nem zárt rendesen és folyt mindenfelé a víz, a konyha felszerelése pedig elég hiányos... Ennyi pénzért ár/érték arányban a szállás és a tulaj kommunikációja is egy vicc. Július 19-től 29-ig laktunk ott, senkinek nem ajánljuk.

Apartman je bio na izvrsnoj lokaciji, s jako lijepim namještajem sve kao sa slika. Vlasnica apartmana je bila korektna.

Apartman je bio vrlo neuredan, kupaonica je bila puna kamenca i prljava, kuhinja cijela masna, prozori vrlo izmackani. Stolica na terasi polomljena. Kauč za petu osobu nije namješten, posteljina koju nam je naknadno vlasnica rekla da je ispod kauča nije bila ondje.

Ne-a placut faptul ca este foarte accesibil din punct de vedere magazine aproape inclusiv carmangerie si brutarie. Am avut toate cele necesare in echiparea bucatariei pentru a putea si gati. Masina de spalat vase si masina de haine un mare plus. Provelistea de pe terasa va fi cu siguranta mai placuta cand restul constructorilor din jur o sa fie finalizate dar per total foarte ok. pana la plaja dimineata cam 15minute cu copilul, mai greu putin la urcat inapoi dar totusi ok am mers zilnic cu el la pranz la somn.

Una din saltele din dormitorul cu terasa avea spre partea cu geamul un gol simteam ca pic mereu din pat. in rest curatenie ok, perne confortabile, aer conditionat in fiecare camera un mare plus.

The apartment is very beautiful, modern, spacious, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, everything is close by.

Unfortunately, the internet is unusable, it is extremely slow. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that the mattress in one of the bedrooms was seriously damaged and should be replaced immediately. Similarly, one of the terrace chairs is unsafe and should have been replaced already. The yard around the house is still a construction site, unfinished and messy. Parking is chaotic, as the apartment does not have a fixed, reserved spot – luckily, we always managed to find one.

Clean, modern comfortable and friendly owners

WiFi was spotty but we didn’t need it much. The owners would have continued to help had we asked again but it wasn’t a big problem for us

The property was new so everything in the apartment was nice and new. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and one of the bedrooms. Property is about about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk back from the beach as it’s uphill still very reasonable distance.

The property is so new that the outside of the building such as the road, parking spots and outside lights were still under construction. The road leading to the apartment is all rocks and dirt so there was a lot of dust brought into the apartment because of this. It was hard to find the building based on the address given and is somewhat hard to get to because there is no street yet where the building located. This property will be excellent when fully completed including the outside and when there is a street to help make getting in and out of the property easier.
