Very disappointing experience. During our 3-night stay, we suffered 2 nights without electricity, including one full night without power. I was traveling with my family and children, and this created a very stressful and uncomfortable situation. The biggest problem was the lack of support. After around 8 PM, nobody was available or responsible to answer calls or solve urgent issues. We were left without proper help when we needed it most. Basic services like electricity should never fail like this in a paid apartment stay. Because of these repeated problems, our trip experience was badly affected. I would strongly recommend future guests to think carefully before choosing this apartment.
