Great property for a group, very comfortable

Der Living Room ist toll, vor allem als Gruppe, Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Preis ist im Vergleich zu allem anderen wirklich sehr fair. Die Lage ebenfalls okay, in 20-40 min ist man zu Fuss eigentlich überall (sogar im Anfield-Stadium!) Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen 24h- Shop in dem man praktisch alles bekommt. Die Übergabe easy und unkompliziert.

Die Badezimmer sind etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und sehr sehr einfach. Als Schweizer eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider war auch eine Heizung (es gab in jedem Zimmer eine) kaputt- ohne Heizung ist es ziemlich kalt.

The property was ideal for a group of friends

The bedrooms could do with a little touch up with paint. Would in the bathrooms whist smelt quite badly in one room. People in the block didn’t have consideration for making noise. Other than that the facilities were good and we were comfortable.

Very spacious and it was a really lovely and big apartment! Message back straight away with anything you need.

The appartment was clean and spacious. My friends and I liked how we had our own bathroom and space, beds were very comfortable. It had everything you needed. Natalie was very helpful, we returned home late at night to find the flat upstairs flat was leaking water which was coming through the ceiling onto the main living area floor. She contacted me first thing in the morning and offered us a move to the STARR suite which we took as the water was creating a damp smell. Could not fault the assistance from Natalie. The Starr suite was also great! This will be go to place when staying in Liverpool.

On returning to our suite and the water from upstairs was coming through the ceiling it was just after midnight. We phoned the number provided and spoke to two different men who stated that we should stay up and we would recieve a call back within 2 hours. We waited up until 0300 and no call nothing to let us know what was happening/ if anyone would be out. I tried knocking on the doors of the flat upstairs myself. As we recieved no return call and no answer from the third call we tried to make. We went to bed anyway after mopping up and placing pots /buckets under the leak. Natalie did call me first thing in the morning and things were sorted, but the two people we spoke to during the night did not explain nothing would be done until morning instead of telling us we would get phone call back etc..we had a trip booked that morning and because we sat up we were knackered. Out of hours contact should have provided clearer advice and explained nothing could be done until morning instead of the advice we recieved.

Everything was great. Property was able to accommodate all of our needs and exceeding our expectations. They were able to accommodate and have the flat ready with less than 6 hours notice after a cancellation on another booking. They saved the weekend for me truly.
