We liked everything about the property.
ATLia and Carmine’s little hotel is an absolute gem. A centrally located historic building equipped with modern amenities and a wonderful roof terrace. But what really stands out is the couple’s exceptional hospitality. Special requests are met before you’ve even had a chance to voice them. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, the food is homemade and lovingly presented. We spent a week enjoying Assisi and hope to return with our family.
The walls are a bit thin. If you have noisy neighbours, it can be a bit of a nuisance. If it’s still too noisy after 10 pm, just send Lia a WhatsApp message and she’ll make sure things quiet down
ITColazione varia e dolci della casa. I proprietari molto cortesi ed empatici. Ottima la pulizia di ogni parte del B&B. Postazione centrale ma grazie a degli infissi doppio vetro il rumore si annulla.

Zo proper; zo centraal gelegen; zo'n gastvrijheid van Lia en Carmine; zo'n bereikbaarheid met het openbaar vervoer (Airlink-bus naar Piazza Matteoti + 600m te voet, neerwaarts + voor uitstapjes in de regio met de trein bvb Spello, Perugia..); , zo'n lekkere, gevarieerde home made ontbijten; zo'n comfortabele kamer; zo'n oog voor details zowel in de ontbijten, de decoratie, de kamer (zelfs paaschocolade, fatto in casa, als welkomstgeschenk); zo'n rustig zonneterras boven

BRITAbbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, in linea con le nostre aspettative. Colazione davvero eccellente, con molti prodotti fatti in casa freschi e di qualità, che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Host gentili e disponibili: ci siamo sentiti accolti e a nostro agio. Struttura che consigliamo e in cui torneremmo volentieri. Struttura in pieno centro, comoda per visitare la città a piedi.
