Obiekt nowoczesny wewnątrz ale otoczone starego domu.

Podjazd problematyczny , wąska droga , daleko od miasta i parking pod prowizorycznym zadaszeniem, brak automatycznej bramy . Brak basenu. Jacuzzi miało stopni 32 . Klimatyzator niepodłączony . Balkon dzielony z sąsiadem . Towarzystwo starszych mieszkańców .

Everything was excellent, from the confort of the apartment to the breathtaking views over the lake and the smooth communication with the owner. A truly relaxing and disconnecting experience!

Unbelievable place!!! We had a gorgeous stay here, super private, had everything to ourselves. The views are to die for. The hot tub is amazing! I want to go back!!!! Thank you to Giuseppe for giving us a tour and a free bottle of Prosecco and biscuits on arrival and Dalila for all your help with an early check in and clear instructions!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in Perledo. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views over Lake Como — absolutely unforgettable! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to our wonderful host, who went above and beyond by organizing a thoughtful setup for my husband’s birthday. It truly made our stay even more special. Waking up to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony was like a dream, and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring the charming town of Varenna which is a short 15mins up hill drive with spectacular views along the way was the perfect way to unwind. This was a magical experience from start to finish. Highly recommend — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Location, location, location... After exploring the entire lake, coming back to our accommodation and climbing into the jacuzzi was an absolute treat...

The road up to the accommodation is a bit of a challenge (narrow at some parts), but way worth it. Account for 15min up and down, before starting your exploration.
