The views were amazing.

We paid extra to stay in a dome with outdoor jacuzzi! It was NOT worth the money! The dome on the outside looked lovely, but once up close our view changed! The structure holding it up was rusty on the inside bright orange stains all over the white interior layer. The dome itself was damp, we didn’t notice this initially there was just a feisty smell but as it was late afternoon when we arrived and the sun was beaming through the window so felt okay! When we went to bed we noticed the beds were damp, & our clothes in the suitcases were also damp, we did help this by continuously keeping the air con on to circulate the air. During our entire stay (4 days) we had no hot water, we spoke to reception about this every day but always got the same answer, leave it 3-5 mins and it gets hot. 25 minutes I ran the shower and tap for and no hot water not even tepid! As said previously we paid to upgrade for a jacuzzi, well should not have bothered as that too was freezing, more like an ice bath. Definitely not worth the extra we paid! The food! So once you eventually got your food it was okay, once ordered it took about 40-50 minutes to receive your order, then when it came it was warm or cold in some places. I can honestly say we never had a hot meal once during our stay! The staff I could not fault, they were so friendly & could not do enough to help but everything was just so painfully slow! On a hole sadly we would never return, as if it wasn’t for the group of people we were with the stay would have been horrific.

The location is nice. It feels like you are connected again with nature. Good experience 😀

A little bit of paradise in the mountains, the dome & jacuzzi were so nice for a bit of luxury! We had food delivered to our patio for dinner which was a bonus.

There was a large family staying at one of the other domes who brought their own karaoke mic and amp/speaker. Pretty much singing (progressively worse) through it all evening which interrupted our peace a little. Not the resorts fault necessarily but surely there should be a rule that you cant bring an amp and microphone and sing loudly reverberating around the entire resort for hours.

A really nice oasis in the mountains, not far from Osmeña peak or the nearest town. Very friendly staff, good food (can be served right to your patio or in the restaurant), well maintained grounds and facilities. Highly recommend! The drive up the mountains also has great views.
