It was nice and clean, had everything we needed

Great location with parking

Only towels for 2 people on arrival but there were 3. It took some time to get sorted out. Also, got details for access only after prompting

The location is brilliant. If visiting Norwich to see nicest parts of town and cathedral etc, it is perfect. Spotlessly clean. Hosts easy to react with and the apartment was beautifully and tastefully finished. Good and easy dedicated parking spot. Very clear location guidance. Comfy beds and living room etc. Good hot shower. Did everything it promised in the property details (bar re steps--below). To be honest, being in such a great position in comfort and cleanliness at a very fair price was a very good value-for-money experience. Thank you.

The second bedroom is a basement down a very steep set of steps, with restricted height and no stairrail. We coped ok but it should be made very clear before booking that this is unsuitable for the infirm etc. We couldnt understand why no stairrail was fitted for safety. We never got the hot water going in the basins--but to be very fair, we never got around to asking the hosts "how" which would have been a quick answer no doubt. Worth including in helpful property guide folder?

The bedroom downstairs did not have a window and was a little musty

Very comfortable apartment, very clean with all amenities provided in a good central location, very enjoyable stay.
