"Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung in Top-Lage."

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und sehr zentral zum Ausgehviertel von Pescara. Sie hat ein Abkommen mit einer benachbarten (sehr guten) Bar, in der das Frühstück genommen werden kann. Im EG sind vier Wohnungen, teilweise mit Verbindungstür, so daß es auch für Familien geeignet ist.

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig, da es eine (abgeschlossene) Tür zur banachbarten Wohnung gibt.
