The location

It was dirty. There were cockroaches on the floor in the lounge. No gas in the gas bottle attached to the stove.

Convenient for the bowls club where we were playing a competition

Wet items left in the dryer that were smelling. No hot water geyser broke Dangerous switch for the geyser hanging off the wall as shown in picture
