Molto pulita e curata nei dettagli

La maniglia della porta d’ingresso non era molto affidabile. Ho riscontrato che non sempre funzionava correttamente e che per chiudere la porta bisognasse sbatterla molto forse (non è il massimo nel momento nel caso di pernottamento di più ospiti) e anche nel rispetto della quiete del palazzo. Lo staff è stato disponibile a verificare ma mi è stato detto che bisognava chiuderla in un certo modo, quindi ogni tanto andava bene altre volte no. Quindi questo aspetto nello specifico non è stato risolto.

La literie , la salle de douche.

L'accueil est totalement inexistant. Pas un seul plan de la ville ,des bus à disposition L'immeuble sent les égouts , la porte principale de l'appartement ferme difficilement Le soi-disant petit-déjeuner est lui aussi inexistant: pas de bouilloire électrique, pas de beurre. Et pour finir, apres avoir payé il y a plus d’un mois la totalité de la réservation, taxes incluses, on nous demande de laisser en espèces 4,60€ par jour et par personne, soit 18,40€, vraiment bizarre.

Concernant la chambre, très bien, concernant le petit déjeuner, convient à ceux qui sont en période de jeûne ou veulent garder la ligne car pas grand chose de proposé; ce serait plus honnête de payer moins cher l'hébergement et ne pas proposer de petit déjeuner ! D'autre part, une fois la chambre payée, il faudrait recevoir les différents codes avant d'arriver car pour le moment, c'est tout un mic mac entre téléphone, échanges whatsApp pour pouvoir obtenir les codes d'entrée dans la chambre

Les consignes pour entrer dans la chambre tout un mic mac entre téléphone, photos whatsApp etc avant de recevoir les codes ! Une fois la location réglée, le propriétaire devrait envoyer les codes un point c'est tout !! Là c'est bien compliqué pour pas grand chose ! D'autre part, mieux vaudrait ne pas proposer de petit déjeuner et baisser d'autant le prix de la chambre car le soi-disant petit déjeuner est prévu pour des personnes en période de jeûne mais pas pour les autres
