Berth 6 on Upton Lake, Upton-upon-Severn Home on Water

So comfortable, clean and tranquil. Loved it!!!

We didn’t get any codes for the barriers, gate or key safe or an introduction email so I was a bit lost but John (staff) was amazing and came straight out to us to help. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Loved it.

The peaceful tranquility of the location was splendid. The property was very comfortable, well designed and beautifully presented. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a delightful couple of days and would love to visit again.

The fact that there were no really basic instructions for how to use the television to watch Freeview scheduled television programmes. The very woggly loo seat in the en-suite shower room. The lack of a bread knife. The property would be improved with a floor lamp next to the armchair in the corner.

The location and property were amazing. Great value for money!

Once over the broad walk you are in a tranquil lake, full of wildlife. Berth 6 was clean and comfortable.

Cooker and grill pan dirty, no clothes to wipe down kitchen or tea towel , unable to fully open blinds especially in bedroom to fully enjoy view from bed

Stunning location on the lake - such a gorgeous spot for a girls weekend away to catch up. We loved sitting outside on the decking with a drink watching the ducks and all the other wildlife! Even a heron and a kingfisher! Excellent standard of accommodation, comfortable beds and perfect size for 4.

The kitchen could have been better equipped as others say, but we coped absolutely fine! Additional crockery would be a bonus. It was absolutely stifling hot when we arrived. But opened windows and found the thermostat was set at a very high temperature, once we got that sorted it was much more pleasant. WIFI has been upgraded and we had no issues connecting to it. Commenting on what others say - yes there are some spiders there but bear in mind you are staying on a “floating” cabin in a lake; so some wildlife is to be expected!
