La casa è in posizione strategica: a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro ma molto tranquilla e chi ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile.

La struttura è molto carina ma necessita di manutenzione: in particolare nel bagno e in cucina dove le rifiniture in legno sono tarlate e ci sono molte formiche.
