We booked this holiday as hot tub and garden looked so serene and we desperately needed to get away and just relax. We paid an extra £50 for hot tub to be ready on arrival. We couldn't wait.

On arrival we discover hot tub was cold and not working. Host spoke to us said will take 2 hours and electric must have gone off. She also told us passes for entertainment were £8 for 2 days each and there would be entertainment available evenings and use of pool. As hot tub still not was not working we ventured out to find there was no entertainment and we had just paid £16 each for an hours swim for next day !! After waiting until after 10pm at night for hot tub to get hot as instructed by host it still was cold. Karen (host) agreed to pay half refund saying it would get hot eventually but next day until now, after numerous attempts to speak to her, she has decided not to speak to me Reasonably I fact been very rude when she has and still not addressed the situation. This experience completely ruined our break away. We spent a fortune having to go out as nothing to do. We just wanted to relax in hot tub, garden and have a nice chilled holiday. It was the complete opposite and we're really disappointed how we have been treated, ignored and then spoken to rudely. Doesn't even have the decency to refund for the hot tub when really should be refunding the whole holiday costs. Bad experience

It is very cosy ,comfy , loads of room to roam outside swing, slide, hammock, hottub, loads of places to sit n relax outside , its the perfect place for a get away , my autistic son loved it 😀
