INWhile the staff at J J HOMES were genuinely friendly and welcoming, our overall stay was quite basic and fell short of our expectations in a few key areas.
The amenities provided were not as advertised. We were told there was free Wi-Fi, but this service was only available in the reception area. The signal did not extend to our room, which meant we had to go down two floors to use it, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, upon arriving in our room, the blanket was stained with a large, patchy dirt mark and had a noticeable odor. We had to request a replacement before we could comfortably use it. Another significant issue was the noise disturbance. Late at night, specifically after 11 PM, loud laughter and disruptive sounds from a neighboring room prevented us from getting a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Finally, our experience with the room service was also disappointing. The food prices at the restaurant were reasonable, but when our order was delivered to our room, we were not informed about an additional service charge. We only became aware of this extra fee when the final bill arrived, which felt like a lack of transparency in the billing process.
