Rosato 60-terrazza Sul Mare

The view from the balcony is astonishing.

Towels are very old, and kitchen utilities are also very old.

The advantage of this apartment is the incredibly large terrace with a sea view. Truly amazing. We didn't want to leave at all. Another advantage is the private parking, very easily accessible. The equipment of the apartment is good. The disadvantage is the small kitchen, but we knew that from the description of the accommodation. Despite this, we had no problem cooking. It was manageable.

È stato stupendo avere 2 bagni e tutti i comfort , punto davvero strategico per il nostro evento eravamo proprio a due passi, proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili e in più la ciliegina sulla torta era quella splendida vista mare con l enorme terrazzo!!

The appartement was very clean and big. We really enjoyed the terrazza!!! Would recommend!

Excellent location, huge terrace, free parking in the yard, beautiful view.

We could only check in in the evening. There were not enough bed linen, kitchen is small.

Lovely well laid out apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the bay, great place to sit and relax. Good quality furnishings with everything you needed, well stocked kitchen as well. The Bathroom and the Shower room were immaculate, having two was an unexpected bonus as I was travelling with another couple. The bedrooms were well laid out and well furnished, you could easily stay for a few weeks as there was plenty of storage space. The rooms had very comfortable beds and enough bedding to keep warm at night which you need in November. The blackout curtains and the roller blinds could easily be adjusted to let in as much light as you wished. The cafe over the road was great for a morning coffee and cornetto, it was very popular with the locals as well. No wonder as it's range of baked goods was fantastic. We had a light meal the day we arrived which was also delicious. The parking space was easy to use and off the main road. The Entrance into the building was well lit and felt safe. You could also close the roller shutters on all the windows at night if you wanted to feel more secure. Not much noise outside after midnight but you might be woken up by the bin lorries at 08:30. A great location to explore Bari and the surrounding area, it's a very easy short drive back to the edge of the old town where we ate in the evenings.

I was unable to find a plug for the bedside lights in my bedroom which meant I had to get out of my nice warm cosy bed to turn off the main light
