I had an amazing and comfortable stay. The staff were really friendly. At first , I was skeptical because of the reviews, but I have to say I had the best experience for the price I paid. The food was amazing and hygienic. The service was also very friendly and comforting . I will definitely recommend it.

Queria cobrarnos una habitacion nueva y más cara porque la que teníamos pagada tenía rota la Caja de luces, hasta que amenazamos con denunciarlos a booking y nos ofrecieron la alternativa que tenían que habernos dado desde el principio... A partir de ahí mal

Staffs were very helpful. Arranged an early check in ( pre-booked). Helped us change the room later in the day. Helped us arranging transport. Room service was excellent

Doesn’t have a restaurant. Arrange food from the kitchen but not a great deal of choice. I had to pay tor extra as i asked something which is not there in the “breakfast list”. But room service was excellent. Very proactive and efficient.
