صور ليس لها علاقة بالواقع غرف لا تصلح لتربية الحيوانات متسخة و غير صالحة للسكن مطلقا

استأجرت شقة تبدو في الصور هنا على بوكينج جميلة لكن في الواقع حصلت على غرفة و ليس شقة و هي متسخة و لا تصلح للسكن و لا حتى لتربية الحيوانات. قمت بدفع الايجار بالكامل على بوكينج و لكن طلبوا مني دفع 150 جنيه اضافية و إلا لن أحصل على المفتاح و سوف أنام في الشارع . تعرضت لعملية نصب كاملة الأركان كانت أسوء تحربة في حياتي لا أنصح أحد أن يمر بنفس التجربة

On n'a rien aimé puisque à la réception, ils n'ont pas trouvé le numéro de réservation donc de la chambre. il a fallu payer 25 dollars pour avoir une autre chambre. Donc on 'est pas content. On demande à Booking le remboursement du prélèvement s'il a eu lieu. je n'ai pas pris le temps de vérifier. Merci

مكان سيء جدا وغير ادمي ولا انصح بيه والمضيف قليل الذوق جدا بجد اسوء مكان دخلته

Nothing at all, I didn’t stay only few minutes than I left and I lost my money

I booked this hotel and at first they gave me a room with no air conditioning. After I complained, they showed me two other rooms: - The first was in extremely terrible condition. - The second was also bad, but I went inside briefly to check it. The furniture was dusty and covered with stains, and the bed was dirty with what looked like blood stains, absolutely unhygienic. I explained that I have a severe skin allergy and cannot sleep on an unclean bed, but I never received any reply. When I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, I discovered there was no water, no towels, and not even toilet paper! When I asked, they told me: “The service is not available and it is written in the description.” But these are basic things that every hotel must provide. They also said if I want water, I need to ask the staff to turn it on! I told them I would not stay under these conditions and asked to cancel my booking. I left the hotel and booked somewhere else. However, throughout the whole booking period, I kept sending messages, calling, even on WhatsApp, but the manager Ms. Amine never replied at all. This hotel is extremely dirty, disorganized, and shows no respect for guests. No cleanliness, no water, and no basic services. I strongly advise everyone never to book here.

it is in Hurrhgada city center , where is the suprermarkes , hyper market , clothes shops , different type restasurent & Bars & Disco ( italia , russian , Arbian ....restaurent ) , there great hyper marekt called ( Gomla Marker ) have every thing you need from needle to rocket , it is neat to Marina , Marina fantisic place during day & night , Different beaches are few steps from you , there are alot of hotels 5 , 4 & 3 Stars beside you , where you can go & enjoy time there in restaurent or you can do day use there , there are many great Gym beside if you like to sport or massage , the public transaportion is available 24 hors , but you can go any where waking you are in the city center , it is only 15 mintues from the airport , Taxi , Uber , InDrive , Kareem & other transportation is avaible 24 hours , the bus central is 8 minutes from you , the owner is very nice person and helper too much , the recepion & securtiy in the entracne is availble for 24 hours and they will guide you for every thing , there is swimming pool in the comppond and and shazlong if you like to swim or to have sun bath , there tea area where you can eat or use your laptop , it is fantastic place really , I liked it so much , I wil go there every time I will visit Hurghada

It was nothing like the picture in booking.com. Very bad place very dirty I couldn’t stay there

There are no booking services desk, only guards, and they do everything bookings, installation, repair etc.
