I was too fast at booking and thought there was pool facilities as depicted. There was no pool. This is a roadside appartment/room next to a roundabout. I felt misleaded due to the picture, and also as I had filtered on swimming pool when booking. Eventhough this clearly was a mistake and it actually was their picture that mislead me, they did not want to refund the booking, they actually completely ignored my request and did not answer at all. They did not speak English which made any communication difficult. What is silly, is that they could have made my refund and have the rooms booked by someone else that would be satisfied. In stead they get a low rating. This was not very nice with two small kids. The size of the rooms were fine, the fridge was working, but corners not clean, and we suspect bedbug bites.
