Appena entrati la stanza aveva un forte odore di umidità,fa troppo caldo e il ventilatore è troppo piccolo per questa struttura La tv non siamo riusciti ad accenderla,la mattina nella stanza abbiamo visto e ucciso almeno una ventina di scutigere che sono lì appunto per la troppa umidità... Quando ti fai il bagno devi stare attento perché l'acqua fuoriesce dalla doccia. Sul piumone del letto (quello nero morbidino)era pieno di peli.

The room was underground without ventilation and humid wall, the smell was horrible and I have to leave after 3 hours. you can see on the photo that the only ventilation in the room.

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the living conditions my family recently experienced at this horrible b&b Unfortunately, we were placed in a basement unit with no windows, which made it extremely difficult to breathe due to the complete lack of ventilation and fresh air. Additionally, the space was constantly damp, with noticeable moisture and what appeared to be mold in various parts of the room. These conditions not only made the environment uncomfortable but also posed serious risks to my health and well-being.I thought I will have panic attack, but my 4 years old boy fell asleep straight away and we need to stay as 3 o'clock we need to leave to airport. It is unacceptable for any tenant to live in such inhumane and unsuitable conditions. According to basic housing standards, every living space should have access to natural light, proper ventilation, and must be free from dampness or mold. The lack of these essentials made the space uninhabitable. I JUST WANT TO WARN EVERYONE WHO WILL COME TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Additionally, the locks were not working, so everyone has access to that basement

No clear instructions to access the property. Room key wouldn't work, so the door would not lock. Felt very unsafe. Had to clean certain areas myself.

Wrong information. I was looking for a room to stay after flight closer than 3km out of an airport, but unfortunately it appears all 8km from Malpensa airport. If I come at night the only way to reach the place is taxi (for 60€). The easier/cheaper way was to take a bus to next city the same night.
