الشقة تستحق الاقامة فيها وكانت ممتعة ومريحة ونظيفة ومطلة على البحر ويوجد مصعد وامان وموقعه على الشارع العام لفنيخيرولا بين ملقا وماربيا لا يوجد ازعاج او ضوضاء سوء سكة القطار الواقع خلفه مباشرة كل مافي الشقة من اجهزة واثاث جميل وفاخر وانيق شكراً لجمالهم واناقتهم وذوقهم الرفيع في الاستلام والتسليم ادارة راقيه في اسبانيا 🇪🇸

الموقع بعيد جداً عن الاماكن الحيويه والاسواق والمطاعم لدرجة اننا وصلنا الساعة 8 مساء لم نتمكن من الحصول على طعام لعدم وجود سيارة لنا او التوصيل الى موقعنا للبعده لا يوجد الا السوبر ماركت والطبخ في الشقة / الحمام كسائر الحمامات في اوربا لا يوجد شطافات لا يوجد تنظيف يومي لا يوجد تزويدكم بالشامبوا او المناديل عليك توفيرها بنفسك ،

The view was excellent, its a really good sized balcony. The view from both the main bedroom and living room is amazing. The kitchen is well fitted. Living room and bedrooms are comfortable and in the main a good size. The beds are comfortable but are very high to get into. Showers are very good but are slippy and would benefit from a bath mat and hand rail. It is a good sized apartment and location is good with links to transport. A car park spot is allocated to the apartment. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

The building itself is quite old but is maintained. The apartment does need a little bit of TLC (freshened up) especially the small bathroom (towels were old and worn). The biggest issues we had were: - Poor communication - the government had banned the use of private swimming pools. We should have been advised of this prior to arrival. There was also major construction work at the rear which was very noisy and again we werent advise of this. Also note there is a train line at the rear of the property. - Allocated Car park space was being used so we had to park in the street. The agent did try to assist and we realise this wasn`t really their fault but it wasn`t ours either. The vehicle never moved for the entire 10 days we were there. - The entry code for the front door was changed and it took 3 days to advise us of the new code. We had to go in/out via the Car garage. - We didnt have access to the washer/dryer for 4 days as someone has mislaid the key. Overall the issues were generally related to poor preparation from the host, its clear that the agent who greeted us did not know the apartment.
