Mireya's Loft Unit - Megatower 3 Session Road

Location wise is very near to prime tourist spot

safe, clean, nice

the shower temperature was very hard to stabilize, it's only either very cold or very hot and you have to keep turning to find the right temperature

the unit is newly built and therefore the bathroom and toilet are ok. the room is clean and fresh. the location is near the center of the city and very accessible to taxis and other transportation. It is located in the second floor; hence easily accessible to reach from the ground floor. The host is accessible and friendly

The space is small for 6 persons; probably most comfortable will be a couple or at most 4 people. We bumped our heads several times in the ceiling as well as the edges of the stairs. Toiletries are not enough for 6 people. The balcony view showed the roof of the neighbor and nothing else. I specially do not like the water sprinklers on the walls in the loft that can hurt and stab the people who will use the bed in the loft-- that should definitely be remedied

Mireya’s Loft Unit at Megatower 3 is close by SM City Baguio, Bus Terminal and Burnham Park. It is accessible to all places you will need for your stay which is convenient.

Location, Cleanliness. It is rare that we get what we see in booking dot com esp. when it comes to Apartments. But this one nailed it!!!

Noise of neighbors. I believe there should be a "lights off" rule so there will be discretion of keeping quiet.
