Łóżka i sofa w salonie ze skóry ekologicznej mają już swoje lata; sypialnia główna nad wjazdem do podziemnego garażu - słychać otwieranie/zamykanie bramy.

Ubicación excelente, comodidad, adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida. Estuvimos 15 días y volveremos a repetir.

La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento estay muy bien distribuido y en excelente estado. Tiene lavadora. Microondas. Hay ventilador de techo en las habitaciones.

Algunas cosas podrían mejorar, el colchón de la cama de matrimonio necesita un cambio hay algún muelle suelto. Si se tiene el sueño ligero la habitación está sobre la entrada del garaje del edificio, y se oye el motor de la puerta. Sería preciso una tendedera un poco mayor, la que hay es mínima. Hay una barra para comer, pero se echa en falta una mesa. Los fines de semana y festivos es muy difícil aparcar.

Zona molto centrale, comoda per tutti i servizi: dalla spiaggia, ai bar, ristoranti, supermercati…tutto quello che può servire durante una vacanza

Mancanza di un balcone o cortile o terrazzo, non c’è uno “sfogo” esterno Solo un minuscolo vano della dimensione esatta di una lavatrice e mini-stenditoio. Appartamento molto disturbato dai rumori della strada (soprattutto notturni)

Lots of positives: - Location: Exceptional, you can find everything you need within 2 minute walk (cafe, supermarket, doctor, bike rental), easy access to rest of the city. It made getting around the city a breeze. - Comfort: The apartment was comfortable for our stay with two small kids. - Equipment in kitchen: The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, cutlery, and even a coffee maker, making it perfect for preparing meals. - Toiletries: The bathroom was equipped with toiletries which was nice! - Fairly comfy beds: The beds were reasonably comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, with soft pillows and clean bedding. - Free parking on the streets nearby - Responsive host

Only a few annoyances: - Noisy elevator: The elevator was quite noisy, especially from the very early morning (people leaving to work) and it was slightly disturbing (esp. if you're a light sleeper like we are). - Dull knives: The kitchen knives were not sharp, making meal preparation a bit more challenging. - Parking spots hard to find: Parking nearby was a bit of a challenge, but eventually doable (max. 10 minutes of driving around). You need to be patient.
