Beautiful, big and spacious

La décoration est superbe. Chaque chambre est équipée d’une salle de bain ainsi que des toilettes. Elles sont spacieuses. Situation idéale dans la médina ( environ 20 mm) . Même dans la médina c’est très calme .

This riad is a gem! A precious jewel hidden amidst the frenetic life of the Medina. From the moment you enter, you look in and ask yourself: really, is this all for me? The riad is spacious, meticulously crafted in EVERY detail, furnished with exquisite taste, and instilling a sense of comfort and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, each decorated in Moroccan style, yet finished with European attention to comfort. The terrace and summer kitchen—a dream! The hosts—in constant contact, concerned with the well-being of their guests. The exquisite meals prepared by Houda—the entire stay was an almost mystical experience for us! This place is worth every penny spent :) P.S. It would be wonderful if the pool had a heated option—it would have been the icing on the cake of the luxury we received at this riad.

Riad 212 is located in a bustling part of the medina, on the edge of the tannery area, which felt less 'touristy'. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa square and the souks. The Riad itself is outstanding - beautifully decorated and comfortable. We especially enjoyed drinks on the lovely roof terrace and the cold plunge pool. It is so rare to find a house in which all of the rooms have their own en-suite, and each room was individually decorated. Houda made us an excellent dinner on our first night as we arrived late, as well as breakfast each morning. She was lovely. There is a small mini-mart just around to corner with a friendly owner selling milk, soft drinks, crisps etc. Dean met us from our transfer drop off point (a couple of minutes' walk from the Riad) and he and Malika (hosts) could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Would recommend getting an e-sim on arrival so that you can use Apple/Google maps to pin the Riad's location and find your way around, especially if you haven't been to Marrakech before. Good 4G and 5G everywhere (and WiFi at the Riad). Overall this is an outstanding property and we would not hesitate to return.

There was nothing we didn't like - these are just a couple of suggestions! There are 5 bedrooms at the Riad, but only 4 sun loungers on the roof terrace, so one more would be welcome. Also, some incense sticks on the roof would also be great as you can occasionally smell the tanneries close by. But like I say - nothing negative at all, just suggestions! I did take us all a little while during the night on the first night to work out where the sound of water was coming from - we all thought we'd left a tap on or something - but it's just from the plunge pool. Noting here to save other guests from trying to hunt it down like we did.

Alles! Ontvangst, hygiëne, behulpzaam, compleet huis zelfs met zwembad al was het klein je kon wel lekker afkoelen. Prachtig dakterras en midden in de drukte en je deed de deur dicht en je hoorde niks meer. Aanrader!

Locatie. Opzich super dichtbij het plein alleen heel druk en veel geuren maar in de riad zelf merkte je er weer niks van. Misschien klein min puntje. Spoelen van het zwembad om half 7. S ochtends.

Gibt es nicht

Rustige straat aan de rand van de medina. Ideaal taxi kan je afzetten om de hoek. Ruim en mooi dakterras. Goede ontbijtservice en kamer werd dagelijks opgemaakt. Contact met de eigenaars was heel vlot en correct.

Excellent host, very helpful. Dinner supplied on first night was excellent. Very good breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.
