"Location and price made up for what the flat is lacking."

Lovely location in the pedestrian part of the city of Tivoli, and within walking distance of a few points of interests, Villa Gregoriana, Villa d'Este... Great price for a roomy flat, with cooking facility . Fairly quiet location, and there are restaurants just 100m from the flat. Emiliano was promptly available and answered all our queries .

Lack of car park facility, but there is a pay in car park, 10mn walk from the flat, count 7 to 10 euros for the night, or a free car park , 20mn walk away. Flat is poorly arranged, the bathroom fairly small, the kitchen has minimal cutlery and crockery. A few teasing problems as I understand this is a flat recently put up for holiday rental . Flat could benefit from internet, as mobile reception and 4G are poor. Also, the notice for using the appliances are missing, in particular the wood pellets stove.
