USPerfect location, when we stayed quiet and easy access to beach and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room came with beach supplies and coffee making options, newly remodeled with a super comfy bed.
USThe room was beautifully decorated and so welcoming. A wonderful coffee bar and adorable small dining area, which I didn’t expect with a small studio. The bathroom larger than expected with an area for hanging clothes as well as a small cabinet for additional clothing or storage. It was wonderful to have a pool even though we were only steps from the beach. There were several areas around the property with bistro tables and/or lounge chairs, as well as kayak and ping pong table. It was a delightful place to stay and we definitely plan to visit again. The location is walking distance to beach, bars, and the bay — IDEAL!
I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
USClose to water and beach, kayaks, warm pool. It has low ceilings and is small but we were outside most of the time.
The town of Manasota is rebuilding from 2 hurricanes and is mostly shut down making it way less populated.

USThe spot was beautiful. The beach is very close and private. The house was very clean and Elena was excellent.
Before that the area has had some hurricane damage. There is nothing against the facility, though at all.
