El departamento muy cómodo para 3 personas, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía en Bari, cerca de la estación.
Que se nos corto la luz por una falla del departamento y tardaron mucho en contestar. Luego fuimos compensadas por parte de Grazia que se comporto bien, pero tuvimos que esperar bastante para que se resuelva lo de la luz.

Buena ubicacion y distribucion. El departamento presenta cortes de electricidad, la cama del living muy incómoda, las sabanas no estaban en condiciones y las toallas pequeñas. El agua caliente no alcanza para que se bañen cuatro personas. En el baño hay olor a cloacas. El living comedor tiene una ventana en el techo sin cortina que no permite dormir con la luz.

The owner, Grazia's hospitality, and professional attitude was amazing, and her helpfulness is examplary. The guide for the keys, and the apartment was clear, if we had any question the owner replied immediately. The apartment is 15-20 minutes from the Bari beaches with public transport, the train station is 10 minutes walk, the owner prepared shampoos,towels, beach umbrellas.
Without details: If your are in Puglia, sometimes you have to accept the things as they are, you will need flexibility, adaptability :) let the things go.

Free transfer from the airport didn't exist as the ad says on booking.com.
