Property was clean and the heater was on when I arrived earlier than clock-in time.

That all the security doors could not close and be locked. I would have liked a lock inside my room as well when I arrive to ensure I am locked from the inside.

Great breakfast and professional services. Quiet location and perfect for any occassion.

I had share a lounge with a stranger

We had an extremely disappointing experience with the facility. They initially refused to cancel one persons stay, even though we notified them two days in advance that one of our colleagues could no longer travel due to a medical reason. When they eventually agreed to the cancellation, the fee they charged was shockingly higher than the cost of the entire stay itself. As colleagues travelling together, we expected a reasonable and understanding approach under the circumstances, but instead we were met with inflexibility and unfair charges that left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

I’ve stayed at Irene B&B on several occasions, and it’s always been a consistently great experience. The property is very neat, well-maintained, and ideally situated. The owner is professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes every stay smooth and comfortable.

There’s really nothing to fault—each stay has been consistently pleasant.
