Best view in Denmark from 40th floor

Tolle Aussicht, gute Ausstattung, sehr ruhig man hat von den Nachbarn nichts gehört. Unbedingt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit buchen, da es in der Umgebung keine Parkmöglichkeit gibt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Busverbindung alle 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Sehr ausführliche Vorabinformation der Vermieter für die Wohnung und alles Wichtige in der Umgebung.

Bei starkem Wind hat es auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern (durch den Aufzugschacht?) Windgeräusche gegeben.

Eine spektakuläre Aussicht aus dem 40. Stock über den Hafen und seine sehr gelungene neue Wohnbebauung. Der schnellste Aufzug, den wir je benutzt haben. Ein so unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out Prozess.

Das Schlaf-Sofa könnte ein bißchen bequemer sein. Entspannt schlafen geht anders.

The view was fantastic, we were lucky to have sun both days. The bed was great. Nice area with great restaurants and lot of things to look at.

The couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. The pillows for sleeping was not that great. The cleaning could have been better, also when there was this great view, it could have been nice if the windows were clean. The chairs on the balcony could have been more comfortable.

The view is obviously amazing. It was a great experience. The apartment is comfortable, modern and cozy.

It was a pity the windows and the glass front on the balcony weren't very clean because it kind of lowered the experience of the great view. There was no water heater (although stated in the description) and I need a hot tea in the morning, so I used a pot that I head to clean first because it was dirty. The shower wasn't very clean either.

Fantastic view over the sea and Aarhus from the balcony and the surrounding modern architecture. Very clear instructions as to how to get there... even if the huge parking lot is a maze and despite those instructions I got lost... but it was my fault as I should have just taken more time to follow the instructions to the letter. Maybe it should be made more explicit as concerns the entry to the underground parking lot which is immense... so I didn't expect the entry to be half a kilometer before the residence (I ended up driving in a pedestrian area)

The place is great... but one has to plan a bit to get to the town centre as buses are not frequent and it is a bit of distance to walk
