"Superb"

Everything was close by, I didn't meet the owner, the place was good for what we needed. A bit dusty and I saw spider webs and a dead cockroach inside the guest book!! Bed was comfortable, it was good, quite and we slept good. We were celebrating husband's birthday.

Since I suffer from allergies I can't deal with dust and it was a little dusty. Toilet seat was loose, other than that it was a nice little place. And it would be nice if there was a little closet to hang clothes.

The room was spacious, cozy and comfortable. The best AC in Texas because it’s quiet and good working. The shower and enough towels. Parking on the drive. The host is very friendly and helpful.
