"Booked, went 20Km ti property and had a locked gate, never got to even check in, ruined my evening"

Zero

Arrived to locked gate, nobody was there. This after I paid for a taxi a long time to get there. We called the phone on the gate, my taxi driver did, nobody answered. I had a hard time getting my money back. I have never seen anything like this, the room is booked, a host should be there with keys to room, a note for neighbor with keys, ANYTHING but a locked gate.

Nice staffs, comfortable in a good and quiet community, has a small church in community, has a market and main road nearby, easy to reach groceries and malls. Having fun with Netflix. 2nd floor can see beautiful sky and get natural light is a plus. Air conditioner and hot shower are good.

"It’s cramped but clean, the location is quiet but inconvenient."

It was clean and the bed was good.

The bathroom is tiny and awkward and the staff was didn’t seem to care at all about us. The trike drivers wanted 100 pesos for a short ride.
