The place is perfect for one person and comfortable enough for two if not spending a lot of time inside. Good location with many things reachable not far away. The owner was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

close to some place , shops I want to go to

i guess I partly blame myself for not putting a sign “ aDo not Touch” sign inside the fridge when I place some of my groceries ,the cleaner took it out ,I came back later after exploring Davao and the food for my breakfast I place inside the fridge earlier was gone. I asked permission to transfer early my stuff as I was going for a guided tour.
