Great view of Plaza. Nicely decorated.

The rugs were dirty needed vacuuming or washing, and the kitchen was described as fully furnished. We arrived, were shown how to work the stove but no pans nor pots nor lids. We were told that nobody cooks. They brought two pans and no lids. And there was no salt and pepper or cooking oil. The sheets, microfibre, were ripping at the seams, poor quality. The towels were also microfiber and were not absorbent. 26 stairs to the apartment, which was not stated. We paid top dollar for this place, and we're told we needed to pay for cleaning. I have never written this much about a place in my 15+ years of using Booking.Com but was thoroughly disappointed.
