Location was great and having breakfast place right next store was great

Lack of hot water for showers, no hair dryer, and no soap for shower. Also wi fi was not working.

Clean and new

The instructions of boosting the heater is not that clear. End up some people bathed with cold water. And also the button for dryer is not sensitive now, sometimes when we press it, it didn’t function

Great location. Ease of getting into unit.

Hallway lights are on a 5 second motion sensor that come on and off constantly. Very annoying. Outdoor heater did not work. Dryer did not work.

This was the perfect place for Galway! Everything seemed like it was just steps away.

Check-in was a little confusing. The apartment has 4 bedrooms that are numbered and multiple key lockboxes at the door. My instructions said I had 1 room, but I booked the whole apartment. Everything was fine, but I was concerned that maybe the rooms were booked individually, with a shared living space and I had made a mistake while booking.

The location is perfect for a trip to Galway! The beds were also really comfortable.

Having only one bathroom for 8 people isn’t ideal but it’s manageable.

The place was easy to find, close to everything and very comfortable and warm.

Can’t fault anything to be honest apart from the lounge sitting area is outside under a heater.
