Estaba bien distribuido y que no faltaba nada, tenía aire acondicionado y eso se agradeció mucho

No estaba limpio, sobre todo el baño que es lo más importante se veía suciedad y salían cucarachas tanto en el baño como en el pasillo

It was clean.

The property was very, very basic. We paid over €1550 for the week. In our opinion, this created a reasonable expectation of a high-quality property. We do realise the "Avril Feria" was on, and prices were inflated, but even so! I could elaborate on the poor facilities, but a much bigger issue was the internal and external noise. We could hear our neighbour on the same floor, his TV, phone conversations, footsteps... everything late into the night. Also, we eventually realised the property above us was most likely another short let because of the awful noise over the weekend. But that was nothing compared to the noise outside. It transpired we were two floors directly above a centre for the "disadvantaged" in Spanish the sign above the door said "ASISTENCIA SOCIAL". In plain English, this meant there were drunk men outside the property entrance morning, noon, and night drinking, playing music on a transistor radio and begging. We felt very unsafe and were apprehensive coming back in the evenings. There was a balcony which I always like to have but we noted no furniture on it. So it overlooked beautiful gardens and the Andalucian Parliament but ALSO a bus stop, large street bins, and the local gathering place for the "disadvantaged." I did contact the host to request a move. To be fair, he did offer us another property for Sunday, but that was too late as more than half our stay was over, and we had made several advance taxi and tour booking from this property. We have short videos and a few photos that tell a thousand words but are reluctant to post them at this time. Sorry, we were completely misled. It ruined our much anticipated week in Seville. It will make us very reluctant to book accommodation this way again though we have visited most of the main Spanish cities and stayed in really great places for half the price at the same time of the year.

This apartment was such a treat to stay in! There was lots of room and you had everything you needed. There were shops and Cafes around and some sites nearby. If doing the Hop on Hop off or using transit , there is a stop right at the end of the road too. It was great to have a washer and access to a kitchen to cook. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Juan was very easy to communicate with and was so adaptive to requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Some additional blankets would be nice, but not essential.

Clean. Well maintained

No parking as was advertised. Had to park in a parking lot 2 blocks away at 28 Euros/day. That sucks!

I needed an apartment with a washing machine as i was on holiday in Benidorm and had to fly to Seville for an emergency. The apartment was ideally located to the local hospital which was needed as my husband was ill. The owners were so lovely and helpful and communication via google translate made things smooth. Very lovely location overlooking gardens and building of àndalucian parliament.

Absolutely nothing.
