The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space for us all.

The beds were uncomfortable and most of them had springy, old mattresses but it was fine for a couple of nights. There was a strong mouldy/dirty drain smell coming from the bathroom next to the kitchen, but overall it didn't affect our stay. I think for what we paid in the centre of Manchester, it was reasonable.

The location

There wasn’t enough room for the stated 23 people, with sofa beds that were stained heavily. The beds were not comfy. Some of us even got bites. The fridge didn’t work properly, wasn’t cold. The shower tiles were all damaged and the bathroom had an awful smell to it. We were told the day of arrival that we had the caretaker living above the property, and if we disturbed them we would not get our deposit back. We ensured we followed the rules. We noticed that the fire door was also blocked up- this is a health and safety hazard. We then did not get any communications back from messages that were sent regarding the deposit after 7 days. Then on the 9th day we received a picture of a damaged table in the corner- this was however wear and tear, we had photographic evidence that this was like that when we arrived. The property owners will not deal with this situation and keeps messaging to state that we need to speak to booking.com which is proving difficult. The overall condition of the property was very poor, facilities were not maintained, and the service from the hosts was unhelpful.

The property is spacious, we are group of 15 people had no problem finding a bed to sleep.

May be it can provide washing machine, it would be useful for more than 2days stay.

The room is spacious, clean, with many bedrooms, many bathrooms. It is a comfortable accommodation, a very good location, and the Host is very cute and friendly.

This is something that is not liked and something that cannot be managed. That is the sound of cars or the sound of people from the outside because because the accommodation is in the city centre. But everything is very okay. If you are looking for tranquillity, I recommend you to go in the mountains or in the forest.
