Beachy Vibes Studio, 2 Full Beds, Near Everything -30B

I was very dissatisfied when I entered the room so I reached out to the host and she was helpless. The tv remote wasn't working so we had no entertainment. The room was not up to standard at all. The walls and furniture had marks. Dings of major wear and tear. The balcony was dirty. The product used on the border of the shower tiles weren't waterproof so they ran off onto our feet as we showered. The shower door which is made of heavy glass was not secured because the hinge screws were loose so my husband had to stand there and monitor it as I showered. This can cause major damage to anyone especially a pregnant woman. Also, the shower door had no seal on the side nor bottom. The toilet pressure was also low. I had to check floors 16-26 just to find a working ice machine. I couldn't contact the front desk to request or ask anything because the phone in the room said "no line". Furthermore, this was my 2nd time staying at this resort under Victoria Rentals and even though this was a different room it was horrible. It appears that none of the rooms are kept up to standard no matter which floor you are placed on. I will never book this resort again regardless of the location and the balcony view. It's not worth it!

Las vistas, la piscina y la ubicación

El departamento estaba sucio, las camas están rotas, los colchones hundidos y el estado de la ropa de cama era deplorable ( cubre colchones y adredones rotos ) . Había cucarachas ! . Y si bien el aviso dice q es sin cocina, proporciona microondas y cafetera pero NO HAY ni platos ni tazas y bazos.

We liked location, busses access, close to the beach.

Cleanliness- was horrible, in a bathroom was hair over the mirror and walls, the washroom was dirty and when they came to cleaned they didn't have the brush to clean. So i bought all supplies to do my own cleaning. They have 2 elevators so in morning and day time you should use stairs or need to wait for it 15- 20 minutes.

I was charged $175 and accused of 3 towels that I don't know about. I need my money back.

Good location great views.

No garbage can except in bathroom. No ice anywhere in the building. All Ice machines were broken.
