Great apartment in a walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and close to the beach.

I’m shocked that they get away with charging what they do. aesthetically. It looks really good and that’s what sold it to me. I don’t know if maybe I just got a bad room but I am immensely disappointed and staying here ruined my entire trip.the design is the best thing about the apartment and the staff that came to help with the problems seemed nice

There was thick sludgy mould all over the bathroom walls even when the cleaner was sent out to clean it even she hollered screaming how gross it was and when someone came to check it they tried to downplay how bad the mode was pretend that she couldn’t see it to gaslight me and downplay how disgusting it was. The hot water wasn’t working when I checked in until the day after in the evening, which was basically a full day and they were supposed to refund me 50% of my stay and in my opinion it should’ve been 100% but I agreed to 50% and they only refunded £46 when I paid three or four times more than that, they are greedy and they don’t value the people that stayed with them. The lady that came to visit about the hot water she was nice, but she was trying to say that the cold water or the room temperature water which was cold. Water was kind of normal for Puerto Rico which it wasn’t because when the plumber came, he literally said that the water heater wasn’t working Hence why there was no hot water. Also, when the bathroom walls were cleaned from the thick black mould a whole bottle of Clorox was used and I was suffocated by the strong Clorox smell for the entire time that I had stayed there which was three nights which was very concerning as someone who cares about their health. When I arrived, there was hair on some of the pillows and on the toilet I just took the pillows off and cleaned the toilet. However when you’re checking into a supposedly clean apartment this shouldn’t be something a guest should have to do.

I liked absolutely everything about the property! It was in the perfect location. Close to everything! We were lucky and found parking outside every time. It was a quiet area but close to the partying!

Loved the outdoor shower!!
