The location close to the beach.

The apartament was clean but the the place is in need of renovation.

It was clean.

Very dated, drapes, pillows and sofa were dingy! We were in the back of unit. Kind of dark and gloomy. the back yard could use some cleaning in landscape.

Dear management team, I am writing to inform you of some concerning issues I encountered during my stay at one of your bungalows in Cocoa Beach. Upon arrival, I noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Specifically, there were dead roaches found behind the curtains, as well as lizards on the window panel inside the bungalow. Additionally, there were no curtains covering the bathroom window, compromising privacy during showering. Furthermore, the towels provided were in poor condition. As a YouTuber who reviews various accommodations for my subscribers, I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention before sharing my experience online. Apartment is not as it appears on pictures. We had problems to open door, never received the door code…after long travel all that was annoying to call to owner etc … we were getting a Booking confirmation from some kind of middleman Uros who gave us wrong info about check in. the sofa bed in living room is not suitable for sleeping, you can feel iron structure under your back. The quality of bedsheets is very poor. Bathroom door does not close. Kitchen is very well equipped. The whole place needs much more care.

Eunice, the host/owner is one of a kind. She is so easy to work with and so helpful. She has really made this property so homey and cozy. I can not say enough good things about her. I traveled with my mother and she is very picky to say the least but she LOVED this place and Eunice. We are very excited that we have found "our place" whenever we come to visit family. She has everything you could need for home and beach. I truly can not wait til our next visit!! Thank you Eunice.
