Location was good.

The description of how to find the apartment was inadequate - there are three separate buildings at the same street number and the apartment is not in the middle building, where the street number is - I had to check both adjacent buildings to find the apartment, which is in the building on the right. Also, the property manager did not send me the PIN to gain access. I emailed him and called him earlier in the day, but got no response. I had to call him again when I arrived at the property and he finally answered his phone and told me the PIN. The impression I got was that he simply hadn't been aware of the booking at all.

The condo was located in a wonderful location close to the Disney Parks. It was clean and appropriate for our stay. The check in process was easy and seamless.

We traveled with 4 children aged 2-7. We work in hospitality so we are very mindful of our children acting appropriately and being respectful. With that said, the downstairs neighbor came up on multiple occasions and complained that she could hear us walking upstairs. She also said that she comes up to complain every time someone stays there. So be aware of this.

Host friendly and very accommodating. Great value for very nice property.

Had trouble operating TV, but end up using time for family games so worked out great

the location and cleanliness, the amenities was good, have everything we needed

the beds need to update but we slept good
