The home was very clean and spacious. Kitchen and living room were fine. Quiet location. The home has a lot of potential as a vacation home…

A list of things: the front door wouldn’t open; we had to use garage door and keep unlocked; part of shower door in MB was missing; the towels and bed linen were not very good (stains on both) quality and overused

Location to the beaches

Grass was overgrown and the AC was horrible. Beds were way too high and the owner actually called me on my birthday at 7 AM to remind me to take the trash out!!! Also they had a strange neighbor that kept coming over.

This is a great beach house!!! It’s spacious, updated, & very clean! The garage is a plus especially when packing up in the FL heat!!! The location is close to everything that we wanted (friends who live there, the beach, downtown, restaurants, etc). The AC works great!!! Nice appliances & large screened in back porch. The owner answers quickly & is easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!
