The main door lock was broken and would not open. Check out time was 10am but not 11am as stated on booking.com.

Proximity to city centre and other amenities.

no rolls in toilet, only 2 showers for 20+ rooms in the building of which one was out of use - leaky shower head, blocked sink in shower. A working TV without a remote. No instruction on how to use the digital door lock.
