"El Mejor alojamiento en Fez"

Me gustó todo. El alojamiento es muy bonito, con todas las comodidades. El chico que lo regenta es muy amable. Hay parking de pago a pocos pasos pero es muy barato (es el parking de otro hotel). La comida del restaurante es de las mejores que tomamos en Marruecos y el desayuno incluido de los mejores. Además, el alojamiento está cerca de la Medina y con fácil salida en coche hacia otros lugares ¡100% recomendable!

"Mauvaise expérience"

L'accueil du personnel, la terrasse joliment aménagée et disponibilité du gérant.

Le confort de la chambre. Pas de place pour les valises, pas d'armoire, pas de placard pour les vêtements, juste des patères pour les accrocher. Le gérant nous a d'ailleurs remis un petit meuble dans la chambre. Juste une lucarne que le gérant doit venir ouvrir. Salle de bain ridicule et dégageant des odeurs d'égout. Matelas fatigué. Ayant discuté avec le gérant, je lui ai conseillé de nommer les chambres, en effet les chambres du 1er étage sont beaucoup plus confortables et spacieuses. En clair surtout éviter les chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Les commentaires sur la chambre du RDC et les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. D'ailleurs sur quatre jours nous n'y avons séjourné que deux. Je précise que le gérant m'a proposé d'annuler ma location et de me rembourser. Je n'ai pas demandé de remboursement. Pour conclure 23€ la chambre avec petit déjeuner, il ne fallait pas s'attendre au grand luxe.

El personal y la calma un 10, es muy buen sitio y Ismael tiene muy buen trato, además da buenos consejos para ir por la ciudad. El almuerzo buenisimo, lo recomendamos!

Todo, sobretodo el dueño, Ismael, una persona maravillosa que nos ayudó muchísimo. Tuvimos un problema con el alquiler del coche y él nos lo resolvió, quedó con el señor del coche. Se portó genial con nosotras. Y el desayuno maravilloso
