The location was fairly central.

Cleanliness was poor; there were multiple hairs in and on the duvet on arrival, cobwebs everywhere and mould around the window frames. The apartment had an odour of stale cigarettes. The mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable. None of the electric heaters worked in the bedroom.
